Lemon Slices :)

Yesterday I did some lovely lemon slices.

The ingredients are:

For the biscuit
---------------
- 180 gr flour
- 75 gr sugar
- 170gr butter

For the lemon sauce
-------------------
- 240gr sugar
- 30gr flour
- 3 eggs
- 120 gr freshly squeezed lemon  (about 4-5 lemons are enough)

You need to bake it in 2 steps:

Step 1: Make ready the biscuit part and bake it for about 15-20 min.
Step 2: Make ready the lemon sauce and poor it on top of the biscuit and bake again for 15-20 min.
